Woodlawn Program/ Event Policies
Pre-registration is required for most programs/events and space may be limited.

Weather Policy:
Woodlawn will cancel a program when the weather presents unsafe conditions for participants. Woodlawn reserves the right to cancel programs at any point when the weather is deemed unsafe. Participants will be contacted via the information provided during registration.
Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the program/event is cancelled by Woodlawn. If Woodlawn cancels a program/event a full refund will be issued to every participant. The refund will be issued via Wix or a check issued from Woodlawn. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Cancellations and notice of refund will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
Back-up Date Policy:
Some programs/events may have an alternate rain/snow date. This date will be posted at the time of advertising, and the ticket holder commits to being available for either date. No refunds will be issued for ticket holders who cannot attend the alternative date that was posted at the time of registration.
Photography Policy at events/programs:
Woodlawn reserves the right to use any pictures of participants to promote our programs/events unless otherwise notified in writing.
