Have you always wondered what stories might be told from materials in the Black Family Papers? Are you working on a research project and think the missing link in your story might be in the Black Family Papers? Does one of your ancestors have a connection to the Black Family and you want to know more about it? Do you want to learn more about what's in our Special Collections and Archives, but don't know where to start? 

Join us on June 5 from 10AM-12PM for a deep dive into the Black Family Papers with an overview of the scope and content of the collection as well as a tutorial on using the finding aid to learn about what's in the Archives. We will also discuss the logistics of making appointments (on Fridays this summer) and using the collection.
