Peace in Nature with Martina Dittmar

Have you ever noticed how the trees in the forest are so still and silent?

Come learn some simple ways to cultivate those qualities of peace within yourself. We’ll walk a very short distance along the trail, where we’ll sit quietly with the trees. We’ll also learn Oneness, an ancient practice of stillness, along with simple invitations into silence and presence.

This FREE one-hour class is an opportunity to slow down, become quiet, and discover the peace that is already within us.

Martina Dittmar is a Registered Maine Guide and a teacher of various spiritual and healing practices. She lives in Surry with her family and animals.
