Nature Journaling Workshop for Families

Join Lindsay Strout to learn about nature journaling. This workshop includes an introduction to nature journals and time to practice while exploring the grounds of Woodlawn.

From Lindsay: "Journaling can be anything you want it to be, ranging from personal to scientific, from facts & realistic images to scenes and stories you’ve imagined. You do not need to be an expert at identifying plants, animals or even be an artist to nature journal, the goal is to cature you 'observations' not a pretty picture. Your attention to detail and appreciation of the world around you will increase as you journal."
