About the event
Homeschool families are invited to visit the Black House Museum and Carriage Exhibit for a hands-on learning experience. Students will create a craft, learn about portraits, carriages, and record keeping in the 1800s, as well as gain insight into daily life in the Black House.
Activities are designed for students in grades 3 and up. Space is limited to 10 people per time slot.
Tickets must be purchased in advance based on your selected start time. Please arrive promptly, ready to begin your visit.
Please note: Museum activities take place on two floors, and the second floor is accessible by stairs only. Strollers, large bags, food, and drinks are not permitted inside the museum. Adults are required to stay with the children at all times.
