About the event
During Session 1 on Friday, September 25, at 10AM students will meet at Woodlawn to learn all about owls! Through hands-on activities and crafts, students will explore owl adaptations, behaviors, and other fascinating facts about these amazing birds.
The following Friday, October 2, AT 10AM students are invited to meet at Birdsacre for a special visit to learn more about the owls and other birds that live there. Additional details about the Birdsacre visit will be provided during the first session at Woodlawn.
On Saturday, October 3rd we are offering a fun bonus activity with Downeast Audubon. From 6:30-8:30pm we will head out into the forest for an owl prowl. More information coming soon!
This program is best suited for students in grades 3 and up. An adult must remain with their student(s) for the entire session and is encouraged to join in the activities and learning.
