About the event
Mary Cobb Black was born 250 years ago this month. To commemorate her milestone birthday and celebrate a few of the women who helped shape Woodlawn's history, join us on Thursday, July 30, for a special Behind the Ropes tour of the Black House Museum.
This exclusive tour will explore the lives of several women connected to the Black family and Woodlawn while highlighting a selection of artifacts from the collection that are not currently on public display.
Ice tea, lemonade and a variety of homemade sweets will be provided.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
